About us:

Sarah Ellender’s short stories have been published in various arenas, including the Wise Woman 2 anthology, and performance by the Liars’ League.  She’s a long term member of the T Party writers’ group, an experienced critiquer and has a PTLLS qualification in teaching adults.

Gaie Sebold’s debut novel was Babylon Steel, published by Solaris. “…a pacey fantasy romp;” The Guardian. “Ingenious, gripping and full of pleasures on every level.  Exceptional.”  Mike Carey. “…an absolutely wonderful author who should be warmly welcomed alongside those authors pushing fantasy into new directions,” Fantasy Faction.  Babylon Steel was also shortlisted for the Compton Crook Award.

The sequel, Dangerous Gifts came out in 2013.  Shanghai Sparrow, the first book in a new steampunk series, Gears of Empire, came out in 2014.

Gaie has also published a number of short stories and a book of poetry.  Her work appears in The Mammoth Book of Ghost Stories by Women, World War Cthulhu, Urban Mythic and other anthologies.
